Haphazard perception

Age spots are also known as liver spots or solar lentigo. It is caused due to the collection of pigments that are produced because of exposure to sunlight. Even bruises that leave behind blood pigments can later cause these liver spots. They are however found in people who are over the age group of 55. Age spots are found in face, neck, arms, shoulders and the back as they are mostly exposed to the sun. They occur in all skin types. The best cure for these spots is avoidance of sun or use of proper sun protection cream. These creams may also help to remove dark circles under eyes.
